VanAssist aims to be usable by everyone, including people travelling on phones and tablets in regional areas.

Our approach

We aim to meet the practical expectations of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including readable text, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive links and labelled form fields.

Known limitations

Some third-party content and map features may not yet fully meet these goals. We are continually improving.
